Volunteers can contribute building accessibility information, which is then accessible on Google Maps via the app, offering individuals with disabilities the ability to plan their routes accordingly. They can also share this information on social media to raise awareness about accessibility.

The app includes a feature where users can pledge to support individuals with disabilities, and these pledges can be shared on social media, serving as public information for the community to see who is backing their cause.

Furthermore, Voice of SAP offers news, solutions, initiatives from other NGOs, an extensive database of elected officials, government officers, and various resources on assistive devices. This assists individuals with disabilities in staying updated with the latest information and having access to contact details of key individuals.
